Our heartbeat as a Christ-centered treatment center is to provide a life-changing recovery program for those dealing with life-controlling addictions. We offer the 12-step Celebrate Recovery program, structured lifestyle changes, Bible study, counseling, volunteer service at community organizations, job skills training, and employment for men and women on two campuses. Our long-term residential program relies on a staff of 42 (and growing), 65 or more volunteers, as well as contracted professional counseling services.

    Salary Range: $50,000-55,000

    Position Description: The Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Lifeline maintains a coherent donor-centered fund development program.

    The Fund Development Coordinator will administer and provide operating support for the organization’s fund development program and activities. This key role will help ensure that Lifeline has an annual plan to raise the necessary philanthropic support so that Lifeline’s programs and services thrive. In addition, the Coordinator will manage the CRM database management and ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor information and philanthropic support. The Coordinator will also work with the grant writer to provide annual grants coordination and support.

    Requirements:

    Must be at least 21 years of age

    Bachelor’s degree required

    Previous nonprofit experience preferred

    Competencies:

    -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    -Successful experience in managing and directing multiple projects and developing strategies

    -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    -Ability to write, edit & proofread written materials for use with fund development communications

    -Commitment to constituent/donor database management

    -Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite programs

    -Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

    -Ability to maintain donor and client confidentiality

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Fund Development

    -Provide coordination of annual and campaign fundraising

    -Track and report annual and campaign fundraising metrics

    Annual Giving

    -Establish and maintain the annual giving calendar

    -Manage bulk mailings including appeals, annual reports and e-blasts

    -Collaborate with team members to create written development materials

    -Maintain the integrity of data collection systems used to track and cultivate donors including our donor database and wealth screening tools

    -Assist with the identification, research, and tracking of grant opportunities

    Major Gifts

    -Provide support to the Executive Director and key volunteers for donor cultivation, including identification, qualification through research, relationship-building, briefing, request for support, follow-up, stewardship and recognition

    Events

    -Public Events: Provide support with planning and execution

    -Private Events: Plan and organize donor engagement activities and events

    Pay Range: $15-16 an hour

    Position Description: The Peer Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating services for clients on our men’s campus.

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age

    • High school diploma or GED

    Competencies:

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with adults dealing with life-controlling addictions

    • Ability to apply strategies and interventions related to individual goals as outlined in the person-centered plan.

    • Ability to apply negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills on behalf of clients

    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

    • Ability to exercise sound judgment in analyzing needs and situations and taking appropriate response

    • Ability to accurately gather, evaluate, organize, and document information about client treatment and service delivery

    • Knowledge of the application of evidence-based/ best practices in service delivery

    • Knowledge of cultural diversity and the ability to apply cultural awareness to professional relationships

    • Possess good computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office, electronic forms, and email

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Protect the rights of clients including their right to privacy and confidentiality in accordance with Federal HIPAA law, DHHS Client Rights and Confidentiality Policy and LRC policies and procedures.

    • Assume responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the Treatment Plan.

    • Ensure that the client and other participants are oriented to the services.

    • Promote the participation of the client on an ongoing basis in discussions of the plan, goals and objectives.

    • Identify and address gaps in service provision.

    • Provide training and information on how to access community resources, as needed.

    • Advocate for the client and family, when appropriate.

    • Communicate information about the client's progress to the appropriate individuals.

    • Facilitate the transition process, including arrangements for follow-up services.

    • Ensure the involvement of family members and others, as appropriate.

    • Coordinate services provided outside of LRC.
